sarawak holiday

Went to Sarawak with my mom last month.It was a last minute plan, thanks to a travel agent who arranged everything for us in 3 days! I recommend south west porto travel and tour sdn bhd.. try them... their office is in Kuantan but I think they have a branch at Cheras..anyway..from food to accomodation to the transport all arranged by them..cool..
Some of the houses are very 'ngeri' because of the small and steep steps.. gayat gile.

Harini... after I did my homework(baca buku Prague), I found out we can actually go to the castle by tram(no 22 or 23), second stop from the metro.  Actually semalam tu kitaorang panjat bukit just to know the place,tapi tinggi giler bukit dia.Penat...confirm.So naik tram tu mmg stop dekat the other entrance,tak payah susah2 panjat bukit,hehe.Best.Tapi kena panjat 281 kot anak tangga nak gi tower dia..hmm selamat.turun pulak pening sbb tangga pusing2.

Arrived amsterdam schipol airport at around 9am,directly went to Keukenhof by bus.Already expected there was no more tulip field..  ,tapi cantik je... tengokla gambar2 ni, cantik kan??

Went to Istanbul with Norley on the 15th-18th March.Just the 2 of us..sumer org tak nak ikut, so.. kitaorang pg je la dua org...
Arrived there at 6pm probably sbb dah gelap..Checked in at the Legend Hotel,Sultanahmet,then went out again for dinner...and to find the bearing of the places..jalan2 rupa2nya the Blue Mosque tu dekat sangat..around 100m..best2..jalan malam2 kat Istanbul 2 org was quite scary..maybe all the women stayed at house at night..plus some of the street was quite dark..ishk..
Morning..gi Topkapi palace..really nice place, somehow like alhambra,but of course alhambra is the best islamic building in the world! Quite surprised to see there was actually a room where they kept Nabi Muhammad S.A.W's sword,some hairs, a letter for a race(forgot the name la) to join islam.. etc..etc.. It wasn't in the travel book..teruk betul..that's the most important place in that palace,I think.Must go and must see.
Then..went to blue mosque and then grand bazaar..hehehhehe. Maybe kena tipu la jugak kat bazaar...tak pandai bargain..tapi well whatever..puas hati.
Next day went shopping again,then cruise at Marmara sea,bosphorus sea.. gi Taksim square...then bazaar again.
Next morning...8am dah on the way to airport..sedih..sedih

Athens, Greece..Have been dreaming to go there since med school..and at last..
Very nice place although not as what I expected it to be..people are not friendly, the food wasn't that nice and of course no halal food.But overall... minus the negative thing..good experience.
